Everglades Fishing Report

So the wind quit blowing for about two weeks, and as you can imagine, the fishing was pretty awesome. And now the wind is blowing again. This has to be the windiest year I’ve fished. Ridiculous.

But, we’re still managing to find a few fish. I just had a long time customer here with his son, Jake and Sam. Sam has been here before but he’s now graduated to fly only. And after jumping a number of Tarpon, big ones and little ones, he finally landed his first Tarpon on fly. We caught a few other fish along the way as well.
