Tarpon Season in Marco Island and the Everglades

Tarpon season started in March and will come to an end soon, usually the end of June. It has been a fair season. The wind has kept me from fishing how I would prefer and at times I think has kept fish from coming into the 10,000 Islands. But, we saw, hooked, And landed quite a few fish. We hooked and jumped way more than we landed, but hey, that’s Tarpon fishing. And when those silvery fish weren’t cooperating, we caught Snook, and some good ones at that.
